101 blend

Our 101 blend is our most balanced espresso option. Full bodied, chocolatey and a little fruity with a wide sweet spot that’s great on its own and shines with milk.

We believe that blending is a very important aspect of the coffee industry. It allows us to buy the coffees that are not considered good enough to serve on their own to create a unique and balanced blend that is greater than the sum of its parts. These 'lower quality' coffees often make up the bulk of a producers crop and it's by also buying these lots that we try to move the coffee industry in the right direction.
