101 blend

Our 101 blend is our most balanced espresso option. Full bodied, chocolatey and a little fruity with a wide sweet spot that’s great on its own and shines with milk.

We believe that blending is a very useful aspect of the coffee industry. It allows us to buy lots that are not considered good enough to serve on their own to create a unique, balanced blend that is greater than the sum of its parts. These ‘lower quality’ lots often make up the bulk of a producers crop. It’s by also buying these coffees that we try to move the industry in the right direction while offering a consistent yet seasonal product.
