Jaén Geisha

This Geisha lot is composed of parchment delivered by three smallholder producers in northern Peru: Marcelino Chinguel Mijahuancca, Idelso Perales Perez and Paul La Torre Mejia. Each producer processes coffee on their farm before delivering dried parchment to Falcon’s warehouse, where the lot is prepared for export following Falcon’s quality control and approval protocols. 

We Immediately loved the lively, fruity character of this coffee reminiscent of crisp starfruit and juicy strawberry with lots of florals to top it off.
