Karambi

Karambi was one of the coffees featured in the first ever Belgian coffee roasting championship. Jasper used 80% of it in his blend (the maximum allowed of one coffee). He placed fifth but took home the audience award. Since we both loved this coffee so much, and so did you apparently, we decided to add it to our line-up as soon as a space opened up.

It’s a classic Rwandan profile that is citric and tea-like with a bright but balanced acidity. Since this is the first East-African coffee of the season, we were super excited to release it.
