La Muralla

La Muralla Pink Bourbon is a delicious expression of the variety from a group of young producers in Huila, Colombia. Similar to our Las Perlitas, this lot is made up of smaller Pink Bourbon lots from all the producers in this group. Osito buys everything from the group and then separates into microlots based on quality and variety. This allows producers with smaller farms to have a better access to the specialty market. We chose this specific lot for its high sweetness, custard-like texture and slight florality reminding us of rosewater and red berries.
